Since 1993, working as a Tourist Guide for different companies, I experiment in what people need..., why they not happy?, why they complaining about?, what sort of difficulties they have?, either for transfers, accomodation, tours, activities or car rentals, I seen them all. I find out those companies they were not attentive to their clients, which all these reasons gave the confidents to set up my own activities company.
