each experience is correct at the time of print. However, the
content or format of experiences may change slightly during

| The images used in all promotional literature
to illustrate experiences, particularly those that take place
at more than one location, are used as an indication only. The
vehicles, craft, machines, animals and settings at each venue
do vary. |

| Restrictions: Certain experiences are subject
to minimum or maximum requirements; e.g. age, health or weight. |

| All our experiences are offered subject to
availability. The most recent information on dates when an experience
is available may be found on our website. To help us, please
book as early as possible and, in any event, at least 21 days
in advance and further for peak dates such as weekends or holiday
periods. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation
in writing from us. |

| Once a activitty has been booked, it can be
valid until following year 1st of January. |

| All the activities has to be paid up front.
Ther is no refunds for any cancellations. |

Many Dream Days experiences are dependent
on the weather and we will advise you if you need to call or
email to check the weather before setting out. If your experience
is cancelled due to the weather you will be able to re-book,
but your re-booked experience remains subject to weather conditions.

| All the Holiday Packages and Hotel Bookings
must be paid one week before. |

| Rates: Include unlimited milage, maps, maintenance,
oil and lubrication, VAT and all local taxes, free delivery
within city limits and public liability insurances, injuries
and passengers liability insurances, baby seats on request. |
| Rebtal:Minimum rental period is 30 days. For
30 days+ please have one our sales executies call on you to
provide further details. |

| Payment: Rental charges are payable in advance
by cash or credit card. Personal cheques are not accepted. A
valid Credit Card must be presented irrespective of payment
method for security purposes. |

| Driving Licence: All drivers must be in possesion
of a valid drivinfg lience and the min. age is 25. Drivers under
25 must hold a driving lience for latest 3 years. A special
young drivers insurance can be arranged at a surcharge. |

| Insurance : If CDW(Collision Damage Waiver)
is taken, the excess is 300stg. ýf CDW is not taken,
the renter remains responsible for the full value of the vehivle.
CDW does not cover tyres, windscreen and oil sump. Liability
can be waived if additional Damage Waiveris taken for 3stg per
day. |

| Additional Drivers:May obtain the right to
drive the car at an extra cost. |
| |
| Petrol: Petrol is not included in the quoted
price and must be paid in advance by the renter at the time
of rental. Cars must be returened empty at the end of the rental
and there is no rewfund for any unused petrol. |

| Traffic Fines: Alkl trafic fines and penalties
are clients responsibility. |
| |
| Rental Extention: Should you wish to extend
your rental beyond the arranged date, it is imperative that
you vsit our nearest office 48 hours in advance so that insurance
coverage is extended and relevant amount of rentals is oaid.
Extentions are subject to cars availability. |

| Late Returns: Unless you have arranged to
extend your rental, your car should be returned to the agreed
location. If you fail return the car on time, you will be charged
for the delay accordingly. |

| Cancellations or early returns: No refunds. |
